Sunil George is the Founder Director of Stimulus Consulting, has over 27 years of experience in Consulting and Organizational Development initiatives across a cross-section of industries. He is a Certified Behavioral Analyst and facilitates behavioral analysis. In addition, he is also certified in Strategic Competency Modelling & Competency Framework, 360 Feedback, unpacking Employee Engagement surveys, and conducting Assessment Development Centers. After being GE-Croton Ville Certified, he spent a large chunk of his time on Leadership projects across different GE businesses in the ASEAN Region since 1997. He is also the India Field Mentor for the Ford-CEM project since 2014. As a member of the International Coach Federation, he is a Credentialed PCC (Professional Certified Coach) and does Executive Coaching at different levels.
